Ok, to fast
Excellent care. Quick clean and thorough
Our experience was amazing! Literally there was no wait. We walked in the receptionist took great care of us, followed by the Nurse and Doctor. Awesome team, extremely efficient process and immaculate facility.
Worst receptionist ever. He was unhelpful and rude to mother with sick child. Mom left upset. He was then rude to father and took it upon himself to deny 7 year old sick child treatment. Usually all staff and doctors are great in this location. We have been going there for 4 years and have been their numerous times . But, it has always been a bad experience when this one particular rude receptionist is there. He should not be in the health care field or dealing with parents with a sick child.
Called last Sunday at 9:25 (I was already on my way, live 7 min away, and they closed at 10) to see if my toddler could be seen for a small scratch that may have required stitches. The young lady that answered the phone said it was best we not come in due the fact that if my son did need stitches, the injection to numb him would have taken 40 and it would then be "too late." I went to ABC Pediatric Urgent care in Brambleton it they WERE THE BEST! Thankfully, they were open a later and had just recently opened 2 weeks prior.
Waited over an hour to be seen (with appointment). The doctor spent about 1 minute talking with us.
you need to spend some time in checking the patient thoroughly before diagnosing
Doctor attitude wasn’t nice at all 1st time and don’t think I would want to go again
