Very pleasant experience. Easy to check in and we were seen on time. Staff was friendly and informative. Will be returning for future urgent care needs. My only complaint, if any, is that there be designated parking spots as it was challenging to find parking.

Our experience was amazing! Literally there was no wait. We walked in the receptionist took great care of us, followed by the Nurse and Doctor. Awesome team, extremely efficient process and immaculate facility.

Obviously these receptionist do not know how to communicate - asking questions thar are inappropriate and irrelevant... took all morning to reset password and log in to see lab results.

Have been here previously and always a positive experience. However, this last time was not. Both the RN and doctor were rushed, both seemed to have a chip on their shoulder and brushed off our concerns. They made us feel our being there was an inconvenience. Did not provide any next steps and had to go elsewhere to get the care we needed. For a place that is for kids, I would have expected a lot more patience and a lot better bedside manner.
