PM Pediatric Care came to life in 2005, when Dr. Jeffrey Schor and Steven Katz — college roommates who went on to pursue careers in medicine and business — wanted to create an alternative to the emergency department and a friendly environment designed exclusively for children and young adults. Since then, PM Pediatric Care has expanded across the country with the mission to improve healthcare access, quality, and service. To date, we have seen over 4 million patients, treating everything from asthma attacks to sports injurie... read more

Front desk and PAs were helpful, friendly , caring, and comforting. Wasn’t many patients waiting so we were seen very quickly.
Waiting time was terrible
I’d rather go to the ER and wait 5 hours than come back here. Not only did I spend $50 to not find out what virus is affecting my child (I could have bought a rapid test from Amazon and found out faster). I was also forced to put my card on file for emergency services. I have never heard of such exploitation for emergency services. I refused to do so and was told my daughter could not be seen. In the interim my child sat in the waiting room with a fever and could barely keep her eyes open. As a parent you’re pushed into a co... read more
I made an appointment the day before for 11 AM because my daughter kept complaining that her pinky toes still hurt from a previous injury. I received a phone call around 10:35am (25min before my appt) stating that the x-ray tech does not arrive until noon and I would have to check online for a later appointment or be considered a walk-in. I expressed how disappointed I felt with the service because I specifically made an appointment to reduce the wait time being that I have multiple children. I stated that it’s not my fault ... read more
Concerning the billing practices and lack of transparency at PM Pediatrics we would like to bring the following matter to the attention of potential clients: when we visited PM Pediatrics, we were informed that since we did not have insurance, we would need to pay cash upfront before being seen by a doctor, as they do not check you in unless you pay. Fast forward eight months later, and out of the blue, we received an email stating that we owe $175 for the same service again. There was no explanation for the charge, no prior... read more
I normally rave about this place but last nights visit put a bad taste in my mouth, I came there because my son was under the weather and had a sore throat, the nurse was very nice but the doctor came into the room and didn’t speak to me or my son, just started asking him questions, got aggravated when he was taking to long, didn’t communicate anything, I had to ask if he had a fever and then to top it off stood in the door way and told me about his strep test results and she also didn’t ask me if I needed anything, didn’t t... read more
Was told we were 3rd and likely 30 minute wait. Receptionist neglected to say that many people scheduled online so we had many people (15) ahead of us and waited 1.5 to 2 hours.
Way too long of a wait for someone who had an appointment. Did not test my child for flu or Covid even though he presented symptoms. Disappointed in this visit. Had to go the next day to have my son tested.
Excellent service.very good
