My 3 year old son came in with a laceration on his eyelid/brow and you were all so patient with him and comforted him throughout the entire visit.

This is the second time I’ve personally had a negative experience with the same front desk receptionist, and my husband also had the same impression when he came before. She is consistently rude, lacks basic manners, and does not respect patient privacy when speaking to people. I’m giving 2 stars because of the front desk experience. This is the second time I’ve dealt with the same receptionist, and both times she has been rude, with no manners at all. She also doesn’t respect patient privacy when speaking to people, which is very unprofessional in a healthcare setting. The medical care itself may be fine, but the way patients are treated at the front desk really leaves a negative impression

Long wait. Appointment time was at 3. Was told walkins are ok and patients are seen on first come first serve basis. Reached at 1:45, took 30 minutes to checkin (2:15). Wasn't seen until 3:30. So what's the point of a walkin and checkin if people who come after are seen before? There used to be a transparent system before where the wait and queue were displayed on TV. Now its replaced with children's cartoons.

First off my name is NOT Anna. She's the so called, mother. I'm the father. My name us John. I take my responsibilities seriously. I'm not out playing while my kid suffers. So let's get that straight. Second, I waited over 35 minutes to be seen. Wtf was the appointment for? Thirdly, your website is NOT updated. The hours were wrong. Which had me driving all around the county looking for medical attention for my son. You asked. I provided.

You can improve by getting some one more professional in the front desk not only rude and not willing to help checking in with me but with others as well bad experience
