Place is modern and clean. Check in is a bit cumbersome. Nurse was well suited to my 3 year old patient. She was efficient and compassionate. Took a while for the doc to come in with strep results, but I think that she was just being thorough with all the patients. Doc was thorough and compassionate with our patient. I would choose PM again if I needed a pediatric urgent care visit.

This is the second time I’ve personally had a negative experience with the same front desk receptionist, and my husband also had the same impression when he came before. She is consistently rude, lacks basic manners, and does not respect patient privacy when speaking to people.
