It took forever to read all of the terms and privacy policy on the website, but everything else was easy. I loved that we could leave for our 2+ hour wait, and they texted us 15 minutes before our time came. As soon as we came back in, we were given a treatment room. The nurse practitioner was super nice and understanding!

This is my second visit to this location and I am always grateful for the service. From the front desk staff, the the nurses and the PA or NP’s everyone is great. They are very professional, treat you with empathy and address all your concerns. And the wait time is very short. Thank you all

I had the worse experience at the greenbelt location. I made an appointment via their website for 6:15pm so that when I got to the office with my sick son we wouldn’t be waiting too long, my child was extremely sick. He had been sick over week and had lost so much weight. We sat in the waiting area for over TWO HOURS. I sat there with my sick baby while we watched other families being called back to back. I liked the doctor and staff but the wait time was our worst experience yet. We had a scheduled appointment and didn’t see the doctor until 90 mins later. At that point we might as well have been a walk-in!
I scheduled an appointment for 9 am, but wasn’t seen until 9:40. This defeats the purpose of scheduling an appointment.
We were the least to be seen, the last to be acknowledged and the only ones insulted with a form questioning our housing, if my children were the victims of domestic violence or abuse. And whether there was a need for mental health services. We were treated very poorly plain and simple
