It took forever to read all of the terms and privacy policy on the website, but everything else was easy. I loved that we could leave for our 2+ hour wait, and they texted us 15 minutes before our time came. As soon as we came back in, we were given a treatment room. The nurse practitioner was super nice and understanding!

This is my second visit to this location and I am always grateful for the service. From the front desk staff, the the nurses and the PA or NP’s everyone is great. They are very professional, treat you with empathy and address all your concerns. And the wait time is very short. Thank you all

1 star I brought my daughter in on May 29, 2026 and left completely disappointed. She had a fever, green and yellow congestion, and was clearly fighting an infection, which the doctor herself acknowledged. Despite that, nothing was prescribed and no treatment was offered, not even Motrin for her active fever. I asked about eye drops and was told the doctor does not prescribe them because kids do not like them. That is not a medical reason. The doctor also never even examined my daughter's eyes.
