From start to finish, this was hands down the best urgent care experience. Candace answered all my questions prior to coming [my poor guy had a head laceration] and Bianca our nurse was so so sweet. Then throw in Dr. Pittman who was so encouraging and gentle with my boy-- beyond grateful doesn't begin to explain the relief and ease we felt as we were leaving. Also, we didn't have to wait which was a nice surprise too.

Such a great experience during a stressful time. I have 2 children under 4 one that was feeling ill and another that was very energetic child. Not only did the staff help diagnose what my daughter had, but also was attentive to my son who just wanted attention. The staff was so patient and gentle with my children and they really made us feel cared for. I’m so grateful for their kindness and support.
