Dr. Garcia dismissed us by telling me to look on the Internet for answers to my questions, didn’t look at my son’s whole hand (only thumb) until I mentioned the swelling in his palm, pressed 3 times on the same spot after my son told her it hurt the first time (he said it hurt more when we left than when we got there), she gave me an annoyed look while doing his X-rays, and she put incorrect information in the notes for the radiologist (one more way we know she wasn’t actually listening to us). We have been coming to this location roughly 10 years. We’ve had long wait times, missed or incorrect diagnoses and have still returned happily, as these things happen. What is not acceptable is rude customer service. It’s quite easy to ask for necessary documents without being brash, rude and disrespectful. Which is what I received. After me, she had the same exact conversation with a different parent and was kind, explained everything with a soft, understanding tone.
