We have been coming to this location roughly 10 years. We’ve had long wait times, missed or incorrect diagnoses and have still returned happily, as these things happen. What is not acceptable is rude customer service. It’s quite easy to ask for necessary documents without being brash, rude and disrespectful. Which is what I received. After me, she had the same exact conversation with a different parent and was kind, explained everything with a soft, understanding tone.
