We are new patients. My son got fever and fortunately Dr. Miller solved his problem with antibiotics. He is super knowledgeable, patient and professional. One the next day, I found I did wrong registration with patient name. The front desk Millie helped me to go through and solve the issue from her end and also called me back for updating from the pharmacy side. This was the best clinical service we have had. Really appreciate and highly recommended!!

The doc was extremely kind and took care of our toddler well. She explained what was wrong and how to prevent it from happening again. The front desk could have been a little better with responding when my toddler was crying in pain but I understand that they see this all day so its very common to them.

An Urgent care that makes you wait 2 hours before being seen! We took our daughter here last night due to an allergic reaction at around 10 pm. She has severe food allergies. We were asked to wait in a room. After waiting for 15 mins I checked to see if the nurses were going to medicate or if I should use my EpiPen. I was told the doctor would decide, and there were patients ahead of us. After 30 mins, I opened the door and heard 2 other families with children complaining about the long wait. Took our son there and just wanted to turn around and walk out, front desk (Gabi) was so dismissive, rude, and unwelcoming attitude made the visit there so uncomfortable, two other family came in right after us and she was the same way toward them. Nurse and doctor are friendly but would not be coming back if that's who they have to welcome people to there facility.
