The doc was extremely kind and took care of our toddler well. She explained what was wrong and how to prevent it from happening again. The front desk could have been a little better with responding when my toddler was crying in pain but I understand that they see this all day so its very common to them.

An Urgent care that makes you wait 2 hours before being seen! We took our daughter here last night due to an allergic reaction at around 10 pm. She has severe food allergies. We were asked to wait in a room. After waiting for 15 mins I checked to see if the nurses were going to medicate or if I should use my EpiPen. I was told the doctor would decide, and there were patients ahead of us. After 30 mins, I opened the door and heard 2 other families with children complaining about the long wait. Took our son there and just wanted to turn around and walk out, front desk (Gabi) was so dismissive, rude, and unwelcoming attitude made the visit there so uncomfortable, two other family came in right after us and she was the same way toward them. Nurse and doctor are friendly but would not be coming back if that's who they have to welcome people to there facility.

There was no service provided. Was asked to wait for an hour and a half after appointment was confirmed for 1pm. We had to leave without service provided. Was called after 20 minutes of leaving that a spot was available if we were still around(strange). My only feed back is that a better time frame could have been provided.

Absolutely horrible check in experience. Location check in was understaffed and provided conflicting instructions. Make an appointment before you go, but then stand in line to check in or you place sequence will not be honored. Terrible check in experience for parents with sick and hurt children.

The physician was excellent with my son. My only issue during the visit was with the person at the front desk. She was very rude and condescending not only to me but to all of the other parents that walked in. She asked me to wait to sign and I didn't hear her so I signed the pad...she said I told you to wait. There was another Muslim family checking in also and she was rude to them. I didn't say anything to her but was hoping to have the chance to put it in a survey. I did not get her name but she was working at 6 PM on 9/1... read more
