Pocketpills save me so much time from going to the pharmacy, lining up at the counter, and waiting for the medication. The quick response from the customer service rep. is what I like the most, when you have questions about their services, they’d be more than happy to respond to your inquires either by phone/ text.
Thanks the first Pharmacist was very patient to help me arrange how to send the medication I want, and understood my English was not so good, she asked Karen who can speak Mandarin to communicate with me.That’s very helpful.

Loved the PocketPills experience up to now. Always great to speak with the team and the service is excellent. So easy! I cannot say who has assisted me, do not remember. However, they were great!
After I gave some candid feedback, I was contacted by the customer care dept. who worked diligently to resolve my issue and were very honest about some of the challenges they had been having with the onboard process which I really appreciated. I wish more companies would take the feedback seriously and address the concerns quickly and efficiently as Pocket Pills did in this case. They even compensated me with a gift card for my time and trouble which was not necessary but appreciated. Well done.
