Talking to a pharmacist was quick and easy- I was on hold for maybe 10 seconds. Shipping was incredibly fast- I expected a week or two days and it was overnighted to me! The associate I spoke to was polite, friendly and efficient, as was the pharmacist. The pharmacist answered questions I had about one of my medications in an easy to understand way and was very helpful. I've been telling everyone I know to make the switch! Honestly I was a bit disappointed with the doctor I spoke with. She would only prescribe me a 30 day supply of a medication I've taken continuosly for 2 years and said I have to follow up with my family doctor after I explained I wasn't even prescribed the medication by my family gp. What was supposed to be saving me time now means I will have to make another appointment in 2 weeks to ask again for my prescription. I will say that the delivery of my meds was extremely quick
Very friendly service over the phone. Prompt delivery. The app could use a little work in making sure they comfirm before you place the order. I thought i backed out of an order but it actually went through. Other than that, great experience this far.
Great service, delivered on time
- Doctor was lovely (he behaved in very personable fashion - asked how I was - made some small talk - instead of jumping right into the business of our call) Very convenient! At first I thought it was very slow but I think it was related to the initial opening of an account that slowed things down - may have been me who didn't know what I had to do. I enjoyed the $20 of free vitamins in a really handy dispenser!
