Very helpful and professional. Organized my prescription and delivery was timely.
Fast in shipping. Good communication on phone and by SMS
App set-up was easy for me to add my info and my husbands. I can manage my families prescriptions all in one App and the transfer from my pharmacy to the App was as fast as my entering in their address. The support of prescription refills and follow ups is the same (better) than dealing with the pharmacy, except it’s delivered to my home! I highly recommend this process!
Very easy navigation through the whole process. Staff was courteous and helpfull.
My experience was overall really easy to get set up and have my medications delivered. The loss of one star is down to how much excess packaging my medications were sent in, it is a little disappointing to see so much non-recyclable packaging.
This was the best experience I have had with an online company, everyone was friendly, it was a straightforward process to get exactly what I needed in a short amount of time. I will continue to use pocket pills.

I really appreciate the Dr, his advice and the staff but I often feel like the pharmacist needs a consult via phone call for whatever reason every time. This has become rather an annoyance. They have my Health provider and I’ve discussed everything with the physician so I’m not to sure why they are getting involved other than to create another bill. When I do talk to the pharmacist they cannot commit to a time period so what is the point of the call….basically it is filled when it’s filled. So I’d rather not hear from th... read more
