So I just had a total artificial joint replacement in my left big toe . I have to tell you it's a scary operation , until you go through it with the calming , reassuring bedside manner and surgical skills of Dr Marra . I cannot praise him and his surgical team enough . Now get this . After only six days I'm in physical therapy and walking around with a pain level of maybe a 2 out of 10 and that is only when I walk on it . Other than that I am pain free. He tells it like it is and does so with a smile and genuine sense of humor. Jodi the surgical coordinator is thorough and Dr Marra called me personally after my recent surgeries. Everyone on staff is friendly, efficient and available. They have my trust and appreciation.

I like how kindly I am greeted and often have a few minutes to check my phone. I never have to wait long which is super. The woman wvho takes myinitial info like meds, etc is delightful and puts me at ease. Dr.Johnson is smart, kind and fun. He also puts me at ease. I was nervous but he was so good at what he did it was over before I knew it.
