I was disappointed tp lose the services of Dr. George. The new practitioner (I forgot the spelling of his name) gave very good attention to my feet and toes. I WAS AND AM QUITE SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE GIVEN. SIGNED, GEORGE DANIELS., JR..
Although I have been coming to this facility for awhile, it was my first time meeting Dr. Tschudy. Although he was pleasant and knowledgeable, I am not sure that I got the answers that I was looking for regarding a solution for the pain, redness, and swelling in my right foot. I am diabetic and had to go to the hospital the week before because I could not walk on that foot. The diagnosis was inflammatory arthritis. I want to know how to avoid this problem in the future. While the doctors are nice, the office puts all insurance gathering on the patent. They will not contact the insurance to determine coverage.
Dr Wiesner was very inciteful about my question regarding skin tags and we have a process in place now to monitor it for the future.
A 45 minute drive from home and there was road construction on your street. I was 8 minutes late to my appointment and told they wouldn’t see me and I had to reschedule. No compassion or understanding. I can’t help but wonder if I was being discriminated against bcz of the insurance I had. Turned away for literally being 8 minutes late upon check-in is uncalled for. Had a permanent ingrown toenail removed after 3 attempts.
I felt that the doctor was in a rush. Not my normal physician. He did alleviate my pain somewhat, but just seemed in a hurry
