I invited 4 companies to quote a new roof. Mac with Pointe Roofing was professional and put in the effort to inspect, explain, and suggest improvements for attic ventilation. He has a very honest approach and Pointe Roofing did exactly what they promised at a competitive price. ****, **** and the rest of the team worked hard and did a good job. Point roofing was fantastic. They communicated with us through the entire process and gave a very thorough assessment of what was going on with our roof.
Leaking mobile home roof. Called Point Roofing. I got immediate response. Estimator was on time, extremely well informed, very cordial, and had all the information readily available. I was under NO pressure whatsoever. He even had payment options that were favorable to customer. Replacement roof was completed as scheduled and work site left clean . As a homeowner for more than 40 years, this was probably the best interaction I have ever experienced.
We just had our roof completely redone by Point Roofing and were fully satisfied with every step of the way. Mac was wonderful at explaining all of the details and was timely with appointments. I highly recommend working with this company if you need your roof repaired or redone!
