Point Roofing had provided incredible service a month ago on my home's roof. From the start I was impressed with them. At the beginning, I had Chris Brown, a representative, come to my home and help us through the process. He was easy to talk to, friendly, and very knowledgeable on the process. It was great having a person in my home that I instantly felt that I could trust. He maintained to be our point person throughout the process. I had no issues with the insurance nor the company in regards to finances, they did all the contacting with my insurance. The only thing was during the replacement of my roof, one of the workers fell from the roof and broke a gutter. He was okay thankfully. The gutter broke off but Point Roofing was quick to replace the roof gutter and notify me of the issue. I really appreciated how they handled that situation. We have and will continue to recommend this company for what they provide. 5 stars all around!!

Point Roofing was excellent to work with! They came out a week ago to install new gutters and had great processes in place during this time of covid-19 to observe social distancing. This is good, not only for my safety, but for theirs as well. They made sure they had agreement on what was to be done, then proceeded with the work and did a fantastic job. Very satisfied!!

Everyone was a pleasure to deal with- from Chris to the office staff to the roofers. The roofers were especially great. They we’re fast, friendly, and thorough. They also cleaned up nicely each day. Our roof looks fantastic. Thank you!
