This staff is top notch. From the patient and knowledgeable front desk staff, to the 2 techs that I dealt with Michelle and Rae, all the way to the vet and surgeon Dr. Hudson. I came in with my English Bulldog that went into labor 2 days early. I drove from over an hour away and had never used this clinic. I was very nervous and anxious because if you aren't familiar with the breed you don't know the many complications that can arise from anesthesia or just the overall breed demeanor. I brought my Chihuahua Stella in with congested heart failure. She was in the final stages and the doctors and staff at Points East Animal Hospital took great care of her. They helped alleviated her suffering and her final hours were peaceful and I can’t thank them enough. They are a wonderful organization and if you ever need to have your pets needs taken care of, they will give you the best care at Points East, thank you all for your care and understanding.

I came in with a very sick 8 week old kitten. They were patient and understanding. Despite all of the efforts made the sweet baby passed the next day. They have also helped in the past with my cat Milkshake and were fantastic. I appreciate them being there when I can’t get to my regular vet if there is an emergency.

Nothing short of amazing. I hate that I had to visit the hospital but glad to know that such a wonderful place exists. The facility is new and modern and clean. I love that they are 24/7, not just overnight hours. The staff was very welcoming and friendly when I had to go in around 10pm with my pup. Reassuring knowing that this hospital is here for the just in case.

I love that they’re 24/7; however I didn’t realize when taking my cat that they would not perform surgery. ( I work Monday through Friday and it’s very hard to get to a vet while working) other than that yesennia was very sweet. The doctor did say “she was going to cut me off” during a question and that “they had a 6 hour wait time” & proceeded to respond. (Which felt a bit impersonal) I spent >$500 just for sedation and exam (the pain meds were said to wear off after a few days) now I still have to find a way to get my cat ... read more
