RecommendedJust an awesome facility. I appreciate everything they did for my cat Jax who's diabetic and was having some serious issues. Unable to utilize my local vet on Saturday I had to make the long drive to Points East from White Oak. Unfamiliar with this facility, I arrived and expected an unacceptable wait time, but they took Jax in immediately and went to work on him running tests. Very kind staff. They worked diligently to assist myself and the kitty I brought in for urinary issues. Clean building, clean exam rooms and the vets were very professional and kind.

Had an emergency went to East for the first time it was very professional and quick saved me 350$. Kelcy and Brittany were phenomenal.
I liked how the staff interacted with my fur baby. They gave me the conservative approach and the aggressive approach to her care. After agreeing on the conservative approach, they treated her and I’m very satisfied with the results. The new facility is nice as well!
Points East was absolutely amazing in a very difficult time. We were treated with such kindness and compassion. The staff met us at the front door and stayed with us and supported us through the passing of our sweet boy Rex. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the care we received. Thank you!

Excellent care and professional treatment of my dog. We were seen quickly and were very pleased with the service.
I took my dog Peanut there on 12/2 and I have zero complaints about the care we received! Yes there was a wait but that's to be expected at an emergency vet especially the only one open on the weekends. I don't mind waiting if it means my babies are well taken care of! The Vet tech (I forgot her name) and Dr Quinn were amazing, I felt very confident with their skills and knowledge. I most certainly recommend them for your emergency needs.
