We went to Points East as an emergency situation and they were so sweet and kind. The vet ended up finding out that our 13 year old dog had something detrimental to his health. He gave us our options. We decided to bring him home. He declined. We used PE as our option for euthanasia because of how wonderful they were with us. He went so peacefully. The first day wait was several hours for my pet to see the doctor but the service was very good afterwards. The staff and doctors were very friendly, informative and helpful. I believe my precious dog got the best care possible. Oreo was so ill that he crossed the rainbow so I didn’t get to bring him home. I would recommend Points East to anyone.

Was the best experience. We had been there for the same issue 1.5 years ago. They were quick to review the records and they rendered care immediately. Our boy is back feeling better again.

I cannot thank these folks enough for the way they took care of my 4-month old Pekingese that became suddenly ill. Absolute respect, care, honesty and integrity. Not only were my pup and I treated with the utmost kindness and care, the facility itself is clean, quiet and relaxing. I could not be happier and would definitely recommend this facility! Beautiful facility, clean, staff is great and caring. Awesome doctors!! Very knowledgeable and willing to listen. The techs and front desk staff are amazing as well. So courteous and caring! We waited a little over 4 hours but they had TV to watch and fresh coffee! They all treated my pup with love! Would highly recommend!!!
