I had to bring my Belgian Malinois puppy(Kobra) in today 1-7-24 for an Allergic reaction (Anaphylaxis). The receptionists, Vet Techs and Dr. Kakareka were all very caring. I highly recommend Points East Veterinary Specialty Hospital. Thank you for taking good care of Kobra. She is home and feeling much better.
We carried our best girl Reba in on 11/11/23. She was 3 months into slow kill heart worm treatment. Unfortunately, her body couldn’t handle it and we had to make the hard decision to help her over the rainbow bridge. They even confirmed her condition with an ultrasound to ease our minds. Every staff member we came in contact with was very supportive and sympathetic. We are very grateful for the compassion and empathy shown by this practice.
They handled a serious problem with my Great Dane and we look forward to having him with us for some time to come. Everyone there was very nice and caring. I appreciate their service.
The staff did the best job they could to get my baby seen! Dr. Quinn was just amazing and it showed she truly cared!
My dog has seizures. They were very helpful. They kept her overnight to make sure that she didn’t have any more seizures and they raised the dosage of her medication.
We were treated with extreme respect and concern when our little Jax had to cross over the rainbow bridge. We were given as much time as we needed and were not rushed at all.
Had to bring in Belgian Malinois to Points East. The staff was exceptional very friendly and very concerned about Rivers health. I highly recommend Points East
