I got a call back less than 10 minutes after I called in my request. Less than 30 minutes later the serviceman, Logan, was at my door. Logan examined the unit, found the issue, explained it to me, replaced the worn-out part, and had strong, chilled air blowing right at an hour after the AC had gone out. Logan was timely, professional, and friendly, and Polansky's service was outstanding. I will recommend Polansky to others without hesitation.

AC repair-had to have the motor replaced. Crystal at the office was very helpful & responsive in getting back to me and keeping me updated, Dave was professional, knowledgeable, punctual and efficient. Answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them and use them again without a doubt.

Woke up to an 80 degree house (thermostat was set to 70)…on a holiday. Immediately got on google and Polansky Heating and Air was towards the top. The answering service was fantastic, I had a return call from the company within 20 minutes and a tech was at the house and finished within 3 hours. Tech was great, very thorough and patient with explaining what was happening. SO grateful for Polansky Heating & Air’s response time and expertise. Thank you so so much

I chose to have Polansky install my AC/Heating unit because out of 8 different companies bidding David was the most thorough. He spotted things about my existing system that no one else even asked about. He went to extremes to satisfy me about what I was spending my money for but also where I could save. Installers were very polite and easy to talk to. They worked diligently without even taking a lunch break! Polansky is the way to go!

Our thermostat went on a Saturday afternoon . We called David Polansky and by just talking on the phone he thought it was a fuse. They were at our house within minutes and changed out the fuse and it was fixed. They are amazing.

After a recent storm/power outage our 41/2 yr old Trane system that Polanski installed in the house when 1st built started blasting hot air when in cooling mode. We figured we were into some real trouble. David didn’t even have to come to the house. He literally talked us through the “fix” by phone and the whole thing was resolved within a few hours of our calling in the issue. AWESOME SERVICE! Thanks. You’ve earned our business for sure.

Our A/C failed while we were out of town. David had repaired our furnace last fall and I was very pleased with that effort, so I called again. He had a person go look at it and called me the next day to explain the situation. After a detailed explanation of the problem, he gave a bid to replace our old worn out unit that was very reasonable.
