Our ac went out at 1000pm on July 3rd, which meant we would be placing a service call on July 4th. We called around 0800 and were told everything was full for the day, but they would have someone call to schedule something for the following day. We got a call shortly thereafter saying a technician would be coming out on the 4th around 1000 much to my surprise. Sure enough, I got a text saying someone was on their way. Repairmen were friendly and efficient. They explained everything well as they diagnosed my AC system and presented options for repair or replacement. I’m very happy with the service provided. My home is nice and cool again. I definitely recommend them.
