Four Stars Missing a few items but works great, once I replaced the missing items.
Five Stars works great
It's just OK It cleaned loose items on the pool floor very well. Does not touch any sand or other items that are even lightly stuck to pool surface. I had to return the unit after using it for 3 days due to the backup valve malfunctioning and no longer working.
Better than the pool company Excellent cleaner. It was even able to get up out steep incline to the shallow end. Does not climb steps like it suggests. We bought this instead of having our weekly cleaners come this year and it's been wonderful! Can't beat the price either! Just a terrific Polaris and keeping our pool sparkling!
Good buy - works great. Was delivered quick. Just like the one I looked at in a nearby pool store but about $100 less. Good deal.

Great purchase! Bought 2-1/2 years ago and still brag about the incredible price that I got on Amazon! It was missing a bag clip, but amazon took care of that immediately! I've had to replace a belt and some of the 6' tubing, but otherwise it had been problem free! I also keep it running year round, so I think it's amazing how well it has held up.
