Good pool vac for a reasonable price! Am extremely pleased with our polaris (named Squidward), it was a recent purchase to get rid of an older model. The only issue we have had is the hoses and holes but that is more a dog owner issue than a pool owner issue. Our friend's dog likes to pull the cleaner out of the way so that he can swim!

Probably a great unit--just not for our pool If I had a smaller, newer pool, this review might have been a five-star rating. But this unit did not work well for us. The company did try to work with us. But our pool shape and design is just too weird. Thankfully, they hold some value after purchase--better than most new cars I've bought. So I'm hopeful we can sell ours to someone who can use it more successfully. We did find another unit that worked well for our situation. But it was a LOT more money. I had an old Polaris that I loved because it worked off the return I had an old Polaris that I loved because it worked off the return. I was unable to get mine fixed so bought a brand new one and I am so happy. It flies around my pool and keeps it clean.

Good buy. Had another one that worked better. This is okay, but doesn't go up on the sides like my first one. I shopped around and this was the best price I could find to replace my other one which lost the rubber on it's wheels and just go old and tired.
