Not easy to contact the manufacturer Unclear instructions. Not easy to contact the manufacturer; on hold for hours. Finally had my pool guy set it up correctly. It comes ready for a cement pool and we have vinyl.

It cleaned pretty good, however Couldn't have a pool without it. We previously had another model with a smaller hose. It cleaned pretty good, however, this 360 has a larger hose and the pool is cleaned extremely fast! I highly recommend this model.
