Love the Unit but.... We bought this unit last year. We purchased a house that had a pool (28,000 gallon gunite pool). We were newbies at pool ownership so I do not have anything else to compare it with. I wanted to give this a full season of use before rating it. This product was extremely easy to use. Great functionality I purchased this system 2 months ago. I wanted to wait a sufficient time to evaluate it before sitting down a writing up a review. I have used the 9550 several times now and am completely blown away with the ease of use, and the thoroughness of its cleaning capability. I have a vinyl indoor pool, and the initial cleanings have removed all the surface oils that had accumulated of the years. I highly recommend this product. I have not used the remote control yet, but will add my comments when I have.
Great performance Easy to setup and quick to put into use. Cleaning was a snap and prevents a lot of dirt getting to the filter. The remote control takes some getting used to.
Very Nice Cleaner I bought this cleaner after reading other reviews. It is my first experience with any Robotic Cleaner and I am glad I got this one. It does a great job on the bottom, sides, and water tile. I have not mastered the remote control but the cleaner is easy to use without it anyway.

Love the Pool Robot This pool cleaning machine is wonderful. We have had it for a month now and I must say that it is a complete improvement over our X brand robot we have had over the last 6 years. Easy to use I bought this a few weeks ago. Overall it is easy to use and cleans most of my l shaped pool, however it doesn't get corner areas.
