I bought the Polaris Alpha IQ+ to help me clean my gunite pool and love it. I bought mine from an authorized dealer in late May 2020 during a promotional sale. It will get everything except for the very finest silt and sand using the filter basket that came with the unit. Floating debris will still require the skimmer and net work. As far as concerns I read about about the water exaust out the rear disturbing debris, it does but it will get to everything eventually.
