I love this machine. My only complaint is the cord gets tangled and it's a pain to unravel it.

I really like the Polaris Alpha IQ. It was easy to set up right out of the box. Setting up the interface with the App was simple. The filter basket is large with mesh screen fine enough to pick up small particles and its easy to clean. It climbs the walls great, does not do steps. It has never locked up or gotten stuck in a position that it couldn't back out of. Also I like the fact that Leslie's is familiar with the product and can repair if needed. Overall I would recommend this product.

The Plaris ALPHA iQ+ exceeded our expectations as a pool robot. Even after doing a manual clean, the Polaris was still able to pick up quite a lot of dirt.
