So far it's been working great. Only had it for a couple weeks. The pool is much cleaner than before and it actually moves to the shallow end of the pool. Our old one never would go to the shallow end. So far I am very pleased.

I’ve always struggled to find a pool cleaner that works. After trying numerous brands and models over the years—most of which left my pool only partially cleaned—I had pretty much given up hope. That all changed when I tried the Polaris. It's amazing. It cleans so thoroughly and efficiently that I now realize what a spotless pool is supposed to look like. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

I had trouble submitting for the rebate by scanning the square code. Once I finished all the info they wanted I could not get it to send. Once I talked to a live person on the phone, she emailed my the form. I filled it out and sent it to them. Hopefully that works and I get the rebate. The lady I talked to on the phone was amazing.

Works at low pump speed, cleans the bottom great, higher pump speed needed if you need to clean the sides. I set mine to run at a higher speed two hours day, the rest of the day at low pump speed.
