Amazon and Polaris - great quality combination This is the same Polaris bag that my local pool supply store sells - at half the price!!! Thank you, Amazon, for making pool maintenance a lot more affordable than it would be otherwise. This bag lasts well (we've had 5-6 prior to buying this one) and even does a good job picking up dirt and small particles. It will tear if it is allowed to pick up a large amount of acorns (an issue with our landscape situation) but part of the blame is mine for not getting to the bag as quickly... read more

Works Great! Works great! I tried other styles non OE design pool cleaner vac bags to save a few bucks, let me tell you don't do it!Buy the Polaris bag for the Polaris model, it will save you money and headaches in the future. You will pay a little more for the OE Polaris bag, but the overall performance of the pool cleaner will be much better and the form, fit and function is perfect.I installed the new vac bag super quick and the pool cleaner works like new again. The other non Polaris brand bags just do not work with the ... read more

This is a nice zipper close/open bag This is a nice zipper close/open bag. Nice OEM replacement. works as well as the original. I wish these would last longer than 1 season though. The key for me is to make sure there is no exposed velcro or it will get caught on the bag and rip it apart. No matter how careful you are, the velcro which holds the plastic part which in turn connects to the Polaris will eventually get caught on the bag and slowly rip the outside of the bag to shreds.

Not sure I love it! But I love the ease of ordering ... Not sure I love it! But I love the ease of ordering online and the delivery without delay. Zipper bags are much better than the velcro version which gets extremely dirty. We keep two bags in use at all times so that between changes one dries out completely and the dirt and leaves can be fully expunged. I've had at least 15 of these zipper bags over the years and never had a problem with the zipper. . .I have LOTS of debris floating around her: leaves, pollen, chicken fe... read more

You can basically just unzip it and shake out the debris easily. You might want to have a second bag ... This is a spare/replacement for the original bag that's been used for about 18 months. It's showing signs of wear and will eventually tear, I'm sure. Right now I'm swapping them each week. The bag is much, much easier to clean if you let it dry first. You can basically just unzip it and shake out the debris easily. You might want to have a second bag just for that reason. If you do, be aware that the bag doesn't come with... read more

Polaris Swimming Pool Sweep Bag Very good delivery time. I previous used the velcro closure bags but decided to switch to the zipper type - good choice. Much easier to clean out (with the velcro bags, the debris would often end up getting 'stuck' to the velcro). This bag comes with a velcro attachment to the host where previous bags had a heavy plastic clip for attaching the bag to the host. Just have to be careful not to let the velcro hose tab connect with the bag material since it tends to rip the bag.

This is the zippered bag. Other one is velcro I prefer the zipper bag for a few reasons. 1. its easier to open/close with gunk in the bag (grab the zipper), the velcro one requires you to be a little more hands on with the leaves and frog guts. 2. sand and debris gets caught in the velcro 3. if the velcro back is not perfectly aligned, the hard velcro can rub on the bag as its billowing in the water. Fraying the bag and eventually putting a hole in it.Having said that, my last zippered bag, the zipper broke. not really broke... read more

Works well This fits my pool sweeper perfectly, and it replaced my old nasty bag (which was even starting to decay). My only complaint is that it secures to the water line with a piece of velcro. Every time I remove the bag to dump the contents, I need to fiddle with this velcro. I hope the velcro holds up.... I would have preferred a simple plastic clip.

Love the Zipper Idea BUT This is the first Polaris Cleaner bad I have ever purchased that had a zipper. All the others I have been using over the past 16 years had a velcro closure and the debri would get caught into the velcro and over time the velcro couldn't stick therefore everything that was vacuumed would end up falling back into the water. One trick I use on my cleaner bags is that I place a ladies size knee hi nylon stocking inside the bag. It traps the small dirt particles that fall through the mesh bag openings. Th... read more
