It Does it’s job but lack of ability to program time of cleaning is a limitation

Great machine. Great design. Does a good and complete clean. So easy to clean debris basket.
worked great three times than stopped customer service was good Had to replace motor and power supply hope i don't have any more problems
Enjoy using the Polaris just wish there was an easier way to get it out of the pool especially when it’s in the deep end. I lost the first Polaris I had because of calcification. Perhaps that is something users should be aware of.
I really like the Polaris. It vacuums up the big stuff in the pool but it doesn’t get the fine dirt or sand that’s on the bottom.

I had a couple of issues, not quality related, but with the performance of my unit. With a simple email to Polaris my issues were immediately addressed with professional and courteous service. In addition Polaris supplied me, at no extra cost, a more efficient filter and a cover for the drain. Both allowing my unit to work more efficiently. Love it and cleans my pool as designed. thank you Polaris. Thank you Polaris and especially Kate M from Customer Service Team.
It works quite well in our pool, and we are very pleased with the machine. The caddy for moving it around is great too, makes it easy and tidy.
the machine replaced an older p825 that wore out. it is very simple to operate and performs very well in the pool
