Installed this using the app and it works great I love having the "emergency" way to open the garage door if my daughters forget their keys. Peace of mind that I can check if I left the garage door open, too!
Works good Paired it with a new Chamberllain door opener. Very easy to install and configure.
Not great. Feels cheap. No better options. It feels kinda cheap, that’s really what it comes down to. The keypad is so wonky it seems like there’s always at least one key stuck in the pressed position. And it feels lousy to touch. So much worse than my old Simplisafe keypad for instance. Even the use (and quality) of the set screw feels like a bummer.The app is clunky but mostly functions. Easy to Use Overall a great product; however, you can't open or close your garage door from the app.
Questionable motion detection... So far... not impressed at all. Slow to detect motion, and yes, I changed the settings to handle more motion detection. Do I really want to spend money for this subscription when the detection is so bad? I even tried setting the motion zones. Didn't help. My Google Nest cams (doorbell, floodlight cam, and outdoor hardwired) all do 1000% better at grabbing video exactly at the time of motion detection, not 4 seconds later when you miss key events.MyQ - do better! Then I will subscribe...
