The cleaning power of the 965iq is excellent. It cleans both the walls and floor in one preset cycle. The LIFT feature is also of great assistance in taking the cleaner out of the pool. Unfortunately, the SHORT electrical cord from the control unit TOO short to connect to a GFCI unless it’s in the MIDDLE of your pool deck; poor prior thinking ( cheaper?) than a loner cord. The instructions state, “ No extension cord should be used.” Get a rated for outdoor extension and you’ll be fine….. but, an ADDED expense on top of $1400... read more

We have a no nonsense rectangular pool that is 4 ft deep (No deep end). It does okay on the bottom only. It doesn’t get all of the dirt in the transition from the floor to the wall. Also, a couple of minutes after you put it in the water, it shows filter full. That feature doesn’t work at all.

Works great! Much better than the "pool boy" I was paying every week to do a superficial cleaning. The P965iQ picks up larger debris as well as the sand and grit that blows into the pool and is not visible to the naked eye. I'm very happy with this machine.

Great company and product. This is the third time I ordered one from three different companies. The first two never delivered. The Polaris P965iQ works very well. I purchased an ultra-fine filter, because the fine sediment on the bottom of the pool was not being picked up. Now, all is well :)
