1) The tires scar my white plaster pool and, 2) When the vacuum is in clean mode, it goes up to the water line/level 1 out of every 4 or 5 times.

This is my second Polaris robotic pool cleaner. My first served me well and made pool maintenance so easy. This model is such an upgrade. I really didn’t think it could get easier to clean my pool. The auto lift did the trick. Love it.

Works really well. Doesnt climb all the way up the wall on all areas of my freeform pool, but does a good job on the bottom and lower half of walls. . Normally I would have to vacuum the pool every week, now I only have to vacuum 1 X/ month to get the fine debris the robot doesnt filter/catch. After having it for over 2 months, I am very happy with my purchase

I have been a big fan of Polaris for over 30 years and have purchased several pressure side models of the Polaris pool Sweeps. I have been looking into the robotic cleaners for several years now. It is wonderful, except with a inground pool with rounded “corner” areas, and a hydro seating area it doesn’t quite make it. But generally, we are very happy that it does everything else it is suppose to do. Wouldn’t trade it!
This is the best pool sweep I’ve ever bought. It works fantastic. Will probably be the last one I have to buy.
I was disappointed in it not cleaning up the dirt that settles on the pool bottom. Larger particles are captured and clog up the on board filter, then it does not climb the wall high enough to easily pull it from the pool. The fine dirt is dispersed and settles again. I am happy about its other cleaning abilities. My pool is large and the steering abilities the smart phone link is very nice. You should have an accessory to assist an owner in removing it from the pool. Yes! I would recommend it to other pool owners.
