It does not clean the walls in the deep end very well at all. My old turbo T3 was a lot better at cleaning. And the finest filter for the Polaris still lets too much fine particulate through the filter

The power cord still twists when cleaning. The apparatus that was supposed to help alleviate the problem by allowing the cord to spin instead of twist doesn't work that well.

Very pleased with this cleaner! A lot easier keeping the pool clean! I have lots of trees around my pool including pine. It gets all of the debri! Easy to clean. Highly recommend!
I've had the cleaner for most of the summer. The phone control never did work. The help desk pointed to internet security issues. The cleaner works well in the pool. There has never been a tangled cord. The lift function works well. The cleaner climbs the walls with ease and cleans the whole pool well. I replaced my sand filter sand this season and this cleaner picks up the fine particles that are slowly exiting the filter.
Incredible product! Smart, clever and elegant design and operation. Where has it been all my life?! Not perfect....1) cord still tangles, but swivel makes it much easier to untangle. 2) unit’s “Polaris” decals are reacting to pool water and turning cloudy. They don’t have the glossy appearance they used to. Disappointing as I’m always showing it off to friends. The Polaris P965iQ (which we have named Gilbert) keeps the pool beautiful and free of debris. It is easy to clean, run, and even stores beautifully.
My fourth Polaris - the new "robot" is great. No longer getting caught on the hose! More than worth the cost. A great value.....It works!
Decent product, cleans open areas pretty well. Downside is the unit leaves black marks in the plaster.. Stairs, beach etc.. have to clean up after a device that is supposed to clean...

Great vacuum. No hassle. The cord never gets twisted. It cleans the floors and walls very well. Way better than the cheaper vacuum we used to have that kept breaking. The longer warranty is also reassuring. Couldn’t be happier. Also, the carrying stand is invaluable
