Unit is functioning as advertised and has had no issues after 2 weeks of intermittent use. Simple controls and WiFi connectivity is stable. Time will tell. Unit is stored under cover poolside between cleanings.

This one cost significantly more than the Polaris I needed to replace after several years. This one can’t be lifted by the cord, turns in the same direction so that the cord gets twisted, has a smaller basket, and the remote app is very slow to respond to the controls. Somewhat disappointing after the earlier model was quite satisfactory, until the motor burned out.

I grumbled about getting a new pool vacuum. Our old one was "fine" (until it broke completely) and this one looked too fancy to be worth it. I was wrong. It works so well and it so easy to use. I'm much happier with it that I expected. It's even easier to clean than my old one. 5 stars!

Have owned a small pool 31’ x 13’ for over 20 years, and after vacuuming by hand, and losing prime many times, this Polaris was a welcome addition to the family. Now I wonder, how did we ever live without it! Love all the features especially when it’s time to take it out of the pool and it climbs right up the wall and is easy to remove! 5 Stars from this Happy Camper!

I'm really enjoying my first Robotic Cleaner. A neighbor clued me in on these, when she brought her Dolphin down to my pool. I shopped around and very happy with my Polaris! So cool how you can drive to the correct side of the pool and it's lift assist brings it right up! Pool is looking great. I had a definite problem with the caddy that came with it. I called customer service and they sent me a new one and it works great too!
