Just bought it and in my limited uses so far it’s been excellent! Easy to use and easy to clean and store. It is very effective and the pool has never been cleaner.

Its very simple to set up and use, we open our pool a few weeks ago and the micro filter was full so fast we decided to remove it and vac the pool the old way to get alot of the winter debris and old sludge off the bottom then started to polaris and it performed well maintaining the pool cleaniness.

It’s ok. For over $1000 I really thought it would leave the pool spotless. It’s definitely streaky and it struggles to clean the waterline consistently. It doesn’t always clean every area of the pool and will go over the same areas multiple times. It will not climb the stairs and clean the top of those and it does not climb on to the wet deck to clean that surface either. It’s easy to empty out and hasn’t given me any problems yet but overall not thrilled quality for price

Thank you for your review, Matthew. The cleaner will move in more of a random pattern while it learns the pool, but it will still work to clean different parts of the pool. We are sorry your cleaner isn’t taking care of your steps. Robotic cleaners have a difficult time with steps and benches, as they can’t tell if it’s the top of the pool. We recommend regular brushing of the steps, and once the debris is dislodged, the cleaner can take care of it at the bottom or sides of the pool. If you need further assistance, plea... read more
