The "Turtle" vs. the Polaris 65 above ground pool cleaners The "Turtle" model moves slower than the Polaris 65 (non-turtle model) and, using the same connectors as the Polaris 65, it doesn't seem to draw the same power from the hose. Whilst the "Turtle" cleans well, it doesn't randomize properly, concentrating on one side of the pool only, leaving the other side untouched. Worth every penny! Great product, worked exactly as advertised! We have a 24' above-ground pool. It's parked under a bunch of oak trees, so we get a lot of leaves and twigs dropping into it daily. The Turtle was easy to install, and with the filter turned on high it happily bags up all the sunken debris. We were vacuuming daily and still not able to keep ahead of things until we got this happy worker. Only bummer was that the turtle part came loose from the top of the unit.

Can't beat it for less than $200 I've only had the turtle for about 3 weeks but I have not had to vacuum the pool at all since i bought it. I guess i will see how long it lasts, so far so good.
Love Turbo Turtle Never need to vaccuum pool with this, it does all the work and survived hail storm! Only have to vaccuum when alot of dirt from pool cover breaking in winter and alot of debris in pool to start, but turbo turtle cleaned most, I just needed to get edges.
