The customer service at Peters Family Dentistry is warm and welcoming. The lobby area is open and inviting. The employees are kind and pleasant to talk with and my wait time was very short. Just a few things to make the experience more enjoyable: A better magazine/book selection for both men, women, and children would be nice. Also, providing water along with coffee already available would be a good alternative drink.
The only complaint is way too many reminders being e-mailed and phoned.

No matter what procedure I am having done, Dr. Deb and her highly qualified staff makes sure my visit is comfortable. She and her staff are highly trained and knowledgeable in their jobs. The office is clean and the environment is stress free. I highly recommend Peters Family Dentistry as they truly care about their patients' experience.

Very friendly, fast but great service. When you are there, you feel like the only patient because everyone gives you one on one care
Moe does a great job of communicating to me each step of the way what is happening. "This will be a little cold, going to put your chair back now, I'll be back in a couple minutes, this will feel a little rough, etc., etc." Dr. Deb does not always communicate as well what is happening. Had 2 needle pokes for numbing. No notice when the first needle was injected. Made me jump. Did communicate sometimes, but not as much as I would like.
