Just Wouldn’t recommend at all
communication skills need improvement
They are a horrible law firm I lost two places I lived in waited 6 years for my settlement they said they were doing my case pro bono because of me loosing my home the judge agreed and then they contested her decision and made social security hold back $10,000 dollars of my money it’s almost a year for that now and not one partner would call me regarding my complaint stay away from this firm...
After spending 45 minutes answering questions, they sent an email 5 minutes after I hung up saying they did a "thorough" review of my case and decided not to help me for "various reasons." They could have at least explained the reasons and maybe they could have been resolved.
I do not recommend this firm. I had a terrible experience. I did not even get to talk with a real lawyer.
Social security hearing that we waited for for almost 2 years came with no prior call to get prepared or to reschedule. I even called office day before and was told I would be called that evening. No call. Drove an hour away to court for hearing. No attorney. Judge said they had tried to get in touch with him and couldn't locate him altho they had spoken to him earlier in the morning. Couldn't locate him even leaving messages. Had to reschedule for another 5 MONTHS! Can't work and no income but now I have to wait anoth... read more
The attorney did nothing but sit there! They claim they will get you all you deserve, and what is owed, not true ! On top of the money they get from your case, they want other money for different fees which they dont tell you about! Once your court date is over, your on your own, they dont fight to make sure your paid as originally told by SSI disability ! They claim to fight for every bit of money you deserve , total bull !
I have never in my life known a lawyer's office to be so rude. I waited 3 months for a phone call after many many time of myself calling. They can never remember that I also work, and always call at work hours. I would never ever recommend Pond lehocky for any litigation.
