I liked this firm because they were defending a liar against me. They lost big. The judge said that their client was not credible. He wasn't even an employee. Lehockey kept starring at me like that little twit would intimidate me. Ha! What a wimp.
Unless ur a sell out and want to settle any claim on the first offer ur good if u dont ull end up with 0$ just being real cause most will settle i didnt after that ur a nobody speaking on own experince getting awards 4 what n i delt wit them be4 u started seeing all there commercials back in 06 i give them a 5 for acting like they care though
I was so surprise to hear so many good kind words on Pond Lehochky and Stearns. I wish my experience was as good. I have a ongoing case with this firm for 3 years and have poored my heart out to them on my situation. Al I can say is Unless you are Rich or have another income coming in. I would suggest you go to a much smaller firm who can give you the attention and care. For an ongoing disability case that is taking this long. All I get is the same answer, Its pending but my life suffering.
I was given a heartless, unprofessional and unprepared attorney. I could and should have found another law firm, but unfortunately when you have so many health issues that's not priority. My brother is an attorney and was disturbed by the lack of service and professionalism. I'm sure they have competent lawyers, unfortunately I wasn't given one.
Hope you get a good lawyer in the firm and one that cares. Or at least one lawyer. Otherwise you will be in a situation where you settle because you don't trust the people representing you. You are on your own to get an injury you had ten months ago fixed. The doctors they send you to are a joke and if you have a question you're lucky to get an aide if anything. They are in it for their 20%. I would not recommend this firm.
This was the worst firm I have ever dealt with. You never get a face to face with your lawyer, no never get to talk to him on the phone. if you set up a phone conference with him he either forgets to call or calls very late. His staff is not very knowledgeable. You do not get direct answers to your questions. I had several different case managers over the 2 years that I had him. You are just a number to this firm, they do not care about your well being at all. Very unprofessional! Stay away
