Pool Pros was endlessly patient and communicative. Their work and the products they used were top notch. I couldn't be more please with the pool resurfacing, new deck and outdoor kitchen they did for us. Highly recommend

****** We had a big pool reno from surface,tile,deck, and all equipment. Pool Pros stayed professional through it all. Any time a curve ball was thrown, cause there always will be on big projects , Charlie and Sarah was on it. Would recommend them.

Pool pros put down pavers after they finished the beautiful rebuild of my pool, but I didn't get them sealed. It turns out weeds started popping up, as well as algae growth everywhere! Pool Pros people quickly showed up after I called, prepped the surface and applied two coats of sealer, and all in the same day. They did a great job and now it looks like the pavers were just installed!!

Highly recommend this company as I have hired them a second time. The first time was to resurface the pool and add a waterfall and the second time was to replace a leaking skimmer. Very satisfied.

Everyone at pool pro was on time and very professional. Charlie was great on giving me my options on repairing my pool. He gave me the best recommendation for the repair and didn't try an up sale. The employee that came and did the repair was very courteous, professional and did a great job on cleaning up. Sarah, Charlie and the employees whom I dealt with were fantastic. I would highly recommend Pool Pros and will be using them for any of my pool needs.

Pool Pros thoroughly explained all the work that needed doing, and came in with a very reasonable estimate. Over the next three weeks, ALL the work teams that came were professional, courteous and helpful, and each did a wonderful job! It turned out beautiful and we are very pleased. We highly recommend Pool Pros of Pasco and will certainly use them again for any more work we decide to do!

The work on our pool was just completed. Although we did encounter some unexpected issues along the way, the representatives from Pool Pros were able to make sure that everything was done right and on time. Sarah was amazing and provided absolutely superb service! She went out of her way to help us find the perfect pool tiles (bringing samples over to our house)!
