I would highly recommend Pool Pros of Pasco! We had 6 other companies provide us with estimates. Pool Pros was one of the friendliest and most reasonable for the estimate to have our pool resurfaced. Charlie was very presentable and showed us different pool samples - we decided to go with the Pebbletec Mini finish and wow did it turn out to be beautiful! We contracted with Pool Pros to refinish our pool in Jan 2018. We immediately saw Problems with cracks in the finish, discoloring throughout the pool, and now have a hard material believed to be calcium growing out of the sides and bottom. When we first reached out to Pool Pros right after the pool was completed they sent a person out who said there was a scaling problem and that had to get corrected before they would look at the problem. Any concern with a Pebble Tec Surface warranty is to be viewed by their authorized installer not our company direct. We did receive your message this week so have reached out to manufacturer installer for report to see how we can assist.
We would not recommend Pool Pros at all...they took $16,000 as a downpayment and sat on that money for 3 month without doing a single thing not even the permit. Even when we went to the county to see what was the hold; we were informed that Sarah was the one holding them time and time again not providing what they were asking for, like if it was their first pool ever. As explained, due to work load after contracting there is a waiting period before the work can even start. Towards the later of that period we obtain engineering and then apply for permitting so we can be ready to go when schedule allows. These are all costs including office hours getting all the docs obtained and ready for enginnering and permitting.
