Y'all go see Christina to get your pool water tested. She'll shoot you straight and hook you up with the right chemicals. Poolwerx will honor competitive pricing and coupons from Leslie's, too. Derek is also great for your on-site, pool maintenance needs. The staff at Poolwerx is second to none!
At 3am on a 16 degree morning, we found our spa empty and our pool equipment not functioning. I googled emergency pool help and sent an email to Alpha. By 5am, I had a response, and by 8:30am (on a Sunday, no less), Frank had been to our house and temporarily fixed the issue until the part we needed could come in. He potentially saved us thousands of dollars and really cared about our equipment. We were blown away by the level of service. We've got a new pool company!
So happy they are close by!! They always go the extra mile and the owners are so nice and helpful even came by my house to make sure nothing freezes! Love this company. Go visit... I want them to stay open and always be here:)
