RecommendedJust bought a Spa and love it so far. We got the Northwind Model NWF, made by Coast Spa's. The salesman, Chris, is very knowledgable and willing to help. We got a great spa for a great value. The delivery and setup, including concrete and electrical work, was done very professionally. I highly recommend Alpha Pool and Spa if you are thinking of purchasing a hot tub!

RecommendedSolid selection of supplies and their design showroom has tons of selections and styles. Their Coast Spas had a unique infinity edge I hadn't seen before. They seem to know their stuff. Definitely our pool store of choice.

This place used to be great. When they opened I used them all the time and trusted their judgment (water testing and repairs). I had them do some repairs / replacements and they were not up to par and the repairs didn't last. I plan to go elsewhere now for both now. So disappointed.

I’m sorry you feel this way. To my knowledge you have not been in our store since February, and you have never notified us that there was an issue with our testing, recommendations, or products. Unlike some of our competitors we do not push unneeded products and only sale our customers what they need. Leak repairs, which is the only work we have ever done for you, carry a very limited warranty due to structure and ground movement. We have been customers of PoolWerx since (previously Alpha Pools) buying our home over 1.5 years ago. For a year, the service was great. In the last couple of months we started to notice cloudy water and the pool appeared to not be taken care of as well as it had previously been. I suspected the service people were not doing all the steps on their weekly service calls. I watched the people come and only empty the skimmer baskets and nothing else. Alpha Pools has been out twice. We wanted quotes on some major work. We did use one of their services. The second time they came out to have a specialist (mason) see what they could do about additional major work. When we called they said they had part of our quote ready, but waiting on the mason's. Called again and got the same response. Called again last week and no response at all. If you don't want our business at least tell us.
