Excellent customer service. From top to field, everyone is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.
Joe E was out servicing my fireplace logs. He was very attentive and thorough... much better than the service technician last year. He took the time to explain what he was doing and how to best operate the logs. And finally, the system is cleaned well enough that it doesn't smell. Thank you, Joe and Poore's Propane.
