5 Star Rated We had Jim come out today to service our furnace. He went above and beyond to webe sure understood what he was doing and that we were satisfied. We truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication to his work. We highly recommend him!
Very pleased with Joe's service. On time, very pleasant, thorough, found a problem caused by faulty installation by original contractor, showed me the problem, explained it, took photos, fixed it. I have been having my equipment serviced by Poore's fro 12 years now. They have always been extremely thorough. Jim Smith, the technician takes the time to not only do the task but he explains the process and the reasoning for a maintenance program. Needless to say, I have had no issues with my equipment and will extend the lifespan of it through being conscientious. I highly recommend Poore's Propane for your heating and cooling needs!!

Had to recently call them after hours for a gas smell technician was very quick in responding and when he arrived was very knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint where the smell was coming from .
I have been with Poore's since 2005 - Amazing service. Technicians are super, office personal are super, (Keep in mind, Carol and Joe) Joe is lead service - and Carol is Office perfection. Can you tell I think the world of these people, their service and consideration. If you feel like you are getting a little short on oil - and you call - it is NEVER a big deal for them to check on you.
