I had about 5 gallons left in my tank last year and it was supposed to dip down into the single digits that night and I called Mark Vaccara to see if he could help me out and he had a delivery there in Holmes within the hour. He certainly saved the day. Thanx Mark
Frank from Poores came out and checked out our furnace in a driving rainstorm. He spent 50 minutes in the crawl space and about an hour total at our home.Fortunately nothing was wrong but was very happy that for a nominal charge he found everything in good working order,

A neighbor used them last year and recommended Poore's for service on my H.V.A.C.. Called them this morning and had a service tech. [ Frank Boyer] by noon. Frank figured out the problem within 10 min. and had the part on the truck. After the part was installed he made certain everything was operating as it should. When I got the bill I was NOT in sticker shock.
